Sunday Brunch!
Tuesday, August 31 Me likey Sunday brunch…
Went to Mistral Kitchen for brunch expecting great food, and we got it. Hotcop goes with true Truby style and orders 2 plates, Shortrib Hash and Waffles. I get an incredible Duck Confit.
In addition to the great food and atmosphere, look at all these AMAZING drinks!!!!

Bourbon and house made ginger beer? Yes Please.
Hot cocoa, an off the menu surprise, made with ganache.
Sorbet Soda, another surprise
And the show stopper… “Courting Rachel” My booze poured out of a smoking decanter onto a hand carved diamond of an ice cube.

On Nick's recommendation I took several clients including my boss. Mistral Kitchen was an awesome choice..toured the small plate menu and licked the plates clean....Execellent meal!
