Portland, it’s been way too long! Fin, Tasty n Son’s, and my long awaited Little Bird

Seahawks Suck it up vs. the Bears, I make tons of chicken fried steak, and although I made a crapload of it, pictures are brown and brown, so I opt for the wife’s happy looking salad…

I get to Portland and get the news that I get to go over to Willis-Schwab’s house for a Grown-Up style, sit at the dinner table type of eating.  We had wine, cheese, and some chicky liver mousse.  Followed by a tasty salad of citrus and bacon fat vinaigrette then a roasted pork tenderloin with bacon fat shallot creamy sauce, crostini, bacon, and sauerkraut  There was delicious food, delightful conversation, and loads of pork.  Thanks Homies, how grown up we are!

Word on the street in PDX is that the Restaurant Fin  , is closing due to some ownership/management changes… so we must eat before it is gone…
