Go To Spokane… Eat At Sante

Recently had to go to Spokane and was so excited to eat at Sante  where Chef Jeremy is doing some great things with local and organic products.  I have immense respect for what he does supporting local farmers, and using quality ingredients… and also turning great pigs into even greater pig products!

Ahhh, ive made it and am greeted by a lovely sight!

And, this is only half of the front counter meat case!

I start off with a glass of bubbly and some perfect Chicken Liver Mousse.  I am UNABLE to turn down chicky liver mousse on a menu.  

My lovely server was a delight and insisted I upgrade my cava to a better prosecco… done.

Although I had my heart set on the Foie Gras Burger, I opted with the Gnocchi with Guanciale.  Oh my fluffy potato pillows of love and deliciousness!

I was lucky enough to have Jeremy come out and join me for a beverage, and fill me in on his exciting developments and plans for the future… Fun stuff!

To top the visit off, we got to peek in the kitchen and Jeremy had just received a delivery of animals to turn into delicious food.  Holy Cow!!!

Great stuff Jeremy, thank you for doing what you do, I have much respect for you.  I had some other food experiences while I visit Spokane, but none that could top a visit to Sante.
